(3 course meal: bread, vegetable soup, roast beef with vegetables, plum pudding with custard, coffee, cheese and biscuits) – We supply specifications for you
Staff to serve and prepare food
Beverages
Staff to serve beverages
Accommodation, breakfast & dinner for Dirty Dick’s crew of 5
(In the case of regional areas outside Sydney)
